Do I need to supply any equipment?

No. Clubhaus provides a tablet and printer for operations. There are no equipment add-ons.

Do golfers need to download an app?

No. Golfers order through the Clubhaus web app in any mobile browser by scanning a QR code or visiting your course's custom URL. We do have downloadable apps, but they are not required.

Is the KDS (kitchen display system) browser-based?

Yes. The KDS is browser-based. If a tablet fails, another tablet, computer, or even a smartphone can be used until Clubhaus ships a replacement.

What if my internet goes down?

If the golfer is connected via mobile to their cell network and can order, orders will come through.

Can I use Clubhaus with my existing POS system?

Yes. Clubhaus works alongside your existing POS. You'll create a “Clubhaus” tender type in your POS to record these transactions for reconciliation.
