How do I get paid?

All revenue (minus the Clubhaus service fee) is automatically deposited to your bank account via your linked Stripe account. You control your payout schedule through Stripe.

What is the timing on deposits to the club?

Deposits happen automatically on a rolling daily basis. It can take Stripe up to 14 days (usually 2–3) to deposit the first payment as they run through initial security protocols. Payout frequency can be set by the course via their Stripe Express portal.

How is sales tax handled?

Sales tax, established by the course per local laws, is tracked in each transaction and remitted to the course. The course is responsible for sales tax filings and payment.

How are refunds handled?

A customer can submit a refund through Clubhaus. The claim is then sent to Stripe to review. Each claim carries a one-time $15 fee. The process can take up to 10 business days and is managed within your Stripe Dashboard.
