Who owns the customer data?

You and Clubhaus jointly own transactional data initiated on the Clubhaus app. Clubhaus will never share your specific course data or customer information with competitors or other courses.

Will registered user data be shared with other parties?

Our primary data agreement is with the course. The course has final say on all data sharing as the primary originator of the data. No personally identifiable information (PII) or transaction-level data will be shared with other parties unless done so by the course.

Can I see reports and analytics?

Yes. You have access to order reports, sales data, and performance metrics through your Stripe dashboard and the Clubhaus operator portal.

Is Clubhaus PCI Compliant?

Yes. Clubhaus operates atop Stripe, a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1 (the highest grade), which handles security for Connect platforms by ensuring card data passes directly to Stripe via secure, iframe-embedded interfaces.
