Course App Managing Service

Use this guide to manage service with the Clubhaus Course App.

00:00: This video demonstrates. The key features of the clubhouse course. App focusing on the golfer ordering process and course, management tools. You'll see how orders are placed accepted and managed along with inventory and staff controls.

00:17: In this video, we're going to quickly review the clubhouse course app.

00:23: So on the right hand side, we can see the golfer app, this is where the golfer can order.

00:30: So let's say the golfer comes into this golf course.

00:35: Reads the description and goes straight to order now.

00:40: This course is set up for pickup only.

00:43: So, we're going to continue.

00:48: Now, we can see a history of orders up top.

00:51: So to make this demo quick, the golfer is going to order a Coke.

00:58: And a buffalo chicken salad with ranch.

01:02: Add that to the cart.

01:06: We're going to view the cart.

01:09: We're going to go to check out and they are going to pay the order.

01:19: Over. On the left hand side, the order will come up.

01:23: Once the course, accepts the order through the course app, there's no printer connected. That's why we're getting this error.

01:32: But now, the course or the server has accepted the order.

01:41: Now, you can start preparing. Let's see what happens in the golfer app golfer will also receive text notifications.

01:49: The order is ready. And finally, the order is complete.

01:55: So, we saw that process occurring all the way across the top.

02:02: And now we can also see our sales history for the day. We can also see our inventory of items.

03:12: So we can go back to service control or down service control and we can see that this course is set for online and pick up only.

03:23: Auto delivery or delivery is not enabled and auto accepting orders is not available.

03:30: From the course app that you see here, you can also see a history of the completed orders.

03:43: You can control whether the course is online or offline. So I've switched this to offline.

03:56: Means service is not available.

03:59: So if this golfer came back and tried to order again, it would see service unavailable

04:08: So that is a brief overview of how the course app works.

Step-by-Step: Managing Service

Step 1: Confirm you can see both apps. On one side, you should see the Golfer App experience. On the other side, you should see the Course App order management tools.

Step 2: Understand the golfer ordering entry point. Golfers start by viewing the course experience and tapping “Order now.” The ordering experience depends on how the course is configured (for example, pickup only).

Step 3: Place a test order (example). Add an item to the cart. Proceed to checkout. Complete payment.

Step 4: Accept the order in the Course App. The order appears in the Course App after it is placed. Accept the order to begin fulfillment. Note: If you see a printer error, it typically means no printer is connected.

Step 5: Prepare, mark ready, and complete the order. Move the order through its stages as you prepare it. The golfer receives text notifications as the order progresses.

Step 6: Review sales history and inventory. Check sales history for the day. Review current inventory levels.

Step 7: Mark items in or out of stock. Set an item to out of stock to prevent golfers from ordering it. Set it back to in stock when available again.

Step 8: Verify staff roles and permissions. Course admin: full access. Course manager: partial access. Viewer, staff, and delivery driver roles have limited access (varies based on delivery settings).

Step 9: Use Service Control to toggle online or offline. Go to Service Control. Confirm the current service mode (for example, online plus pickup only). Toggle online or offline to control availability. Note: When the course is offline, golfers will see a service unavailable message and cannot place orders.
