Can I order from any hole on the course?

Yes! You can place an order from any hole and choose to have it ready for pickup when you reach the turn or clubhouse, or delivered to you on the course. The earlier you order (e.g., by hole 8 or 9), the sooner your food will be ready when you arrive.
